When mounting: Because this gasket is very elastic, there is a risk that it will stretch when mounted. This may result in it then contracting and becoming too short. Therefore, make sure that the gasket is not stretched during assembly. The whole 910mm should fit. Also cut the joints obliquely, so the ends are slightly above each other. As well as apply a thin layer of silicone grease.
